World class facility for greyhounds

A few years ago the Sandown Greyhound Racing Club in Victoria identified the need for a facility to assist participants prepare greyhounds through all periods of their life cycle. This is when Toongabbie Lodge, an all purpose greyhound facility, was born.

It has world class facilities and strives to provide the ‘whole of life cycle’ for the greyhound industry. This starts at breeding, then moves to rearing, education, racing and finally retirement.

Deb Brown, rehoming manager at Toongabbie Lodge says that it is about “Ensuring best welfare and outcomes for dog… We exercise dogs letting them run free, having fun together. All they want is love and attention… They bring us so much happiness and laughter. When they smile their eyes light up!”
